Lamination process is very important for combining two foam sheet together. Unlike some other factory using glue to combine them, we bond them together at higher cost. But bond will provide guaranty that even exposed in sunlight for long time, the two sheets will not come apart. We also apply marine grade press sensitive adhesive on bottom, this adhesive perform very well when adhere to plastic and metal, and it can stand for 100 degrees Celsius for long time to provide longer life time in outdoor environment. We provide both brushed finish and embossed finish for all colors. We also have a dual layer foam decking that provides protection for boat surfaces. The traditional teak-look and custom patterns are achieved by CNC routering through the top layer of foam exposing the layer underneath. Edges are beveled to create a high-quality look and feel. All GripTech Laminated decking comes formulated with a 3M™ acrylic based high-bond pressure sensitive adhesive, for easy peel-and-stick installation.
